Ed Higgins is Professor Emeritus (English Dept.) and Writer-in-Residence at George Fox University. His poems and short fiction have appeared in numerous journals, including Monkeybicycle, CarpeArte Journal, Danse Macabre, Fudoki Magazine, Ekphrastic Review, Triggerfish Critical Review. Ed has a small organic farm in Yamhill, Oregon, where he raises a menagerie of animals, including a rooster named StarTrek. He serves as Assistant Fiction Editor for the journal Brilliant Flash Fiction.
