Grounded in Hope

Revelation is the unveiling of God’s mysteries, the uncovering of deep truths. Blinded by preconceived notions and prejudices, we must have the veil removed before we are able to see God’s good purposes, Jesus’ true identity, the real nature of things, and our own role within God’s kingdom. In this study, we explore the metaphor, symbolism, and imagery Revelation uses to tell us about who God is, what God desires, and what God demands of God's people. By becoming more grounded in the hope of God’s ultimate victory, we lay the foundation for living faithfully in whatever circumstances we face in the present.
